Interview
1-hour in-person interview with hiring manager asking various behavioral and scenario questions. I was told that 10 persons are selected to participate in this one on one interview, and the hiring manager would take detailed notes about every answer for the questions asked, then he would present the results to his boss to decide the successful candidates.

Interview
It was a fairly straightforward process, and similar to most interviews. Initial conversation with the recruiter; meeting with the hiring manager; salary negotiation and negotiating start date. The questions were all fairly behavioural based for the hiring manager, along with some questions to assess technical knowledge. And the recruiter interview was mostly focused on covering info from the resume.

After I submitted an application, I was reached out by the recruiter setting up a time with the hiring manager. Initially interviewed by the hiring manager then with 2nd and 3rd round with two coworkers respectively. The total process was ~3 weeks.
