I went to a recruitment event, the first round you need to talk with random people in the lobby, if they think you are good you can enter the inner office and talk with the manager.
The RBC interview was a good experience, but I realized the role had a stronger sales focus than I expected. I think I would be a better fit for operations, administration, or compliance roles because those areas match my strengths and previous experience.

It was good, many BQs. Many questions about your experiences in customer service. Prepare the behaviour questions in advance! Such as how to solve conflicts in a team or hard clients.
Tt is actually a coffee chat interview with 2 bank branchers, basic questions and fluent. I didnt go because I have other important things to do at that time. But yea, not bad.
