Interview
The interview was three rounds and included 2 regular personality interviews and one technical round. The energy division is very different and understand the culture of energy. Scott is a big name down in houston.
Had two separate one calls that were mostly behavioral and walk through resume and experience. Followed by a super day that had technical questions and behavioral questions. Typical questions include walk me through the three statements etc.

2 phone rounds + super-day. Applied online for tech banking position, received a phone screen round where they asked technical and behavioral questions, followed by another one with a VP in the group. Then had a super-day with 5 interviews in a span of 3 hours.
