We rescheduled to the next day same time, next day came and no one called. I emailed the person that I was talking to she said "Oh we are 2 people working on hiring the other girl should've called you am going to follow up with her and keep you posted". After couple days I didn't hear from her I emailed her asking her about what happened. She has an automated reply that she is away for vocation anything important contact the other girl, so I did and no reply of course. Am like okay and we had the phone interview. I felt that they just did the phone interview just to not look unprofessional.
