Interview
Very straight forward, 3 rounds of interviews including a case. First round was with the Analyst, second round was a case, and the last one was with the Analyst and HR.
First round with VP that was online based and it involved motivation questions and a few behavioural/competency questions and most importantly question about key strengths and what the candidate will bring to the role.

Interview
Series of Zoom meetings with the hiring manager, analyst, and associates on the team. About 5 Zoom calls total. There was an excel and writing test to be completed over 48 hours testing basic excel and research skills. The last step was an in-person interview with the analyst and associate on the team.
