Interview
First is online questionnaire,around 1hour assessment need to finish. After that is the phone call interview and then in person interview, twice in person interview. And then get the offer.
In person meeting at the branch with two managers. They are nice by the way. Overall great experience. I’m internal upgrade. You will be asked behaviour questions and if you are experienced advisor will be no problem.
first it's remote HR call and then interviewed with hiring manager. Not too hard, just regular questions.... be positive and prepared. will be asked why this company? why this position
Easy, friendly, pretty basic questions. Some knowledge questions and some situation based questions. The hiring manager was friendly but gave very little feedback during the process. Heard back the next day.
