Great convo for two rounds, but ghosting after the final with no rejection letter. I have to keep logging in to my portal to find out the result. Expecting more professional for them to handle the decision delivery

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
I found the interview to be completely contradictory. They asked me very simple questions and didn't even bother writing my answers down, which was unnerving. Second, one of the interviewers admitted they didn't even look at my resume before the interview.
Around 2 weeks later, they called and said that they hired someone more qualified, which probably explains why they didn't bother writing anything down. If you're going to call me for an interview, at least pretend like you're interested in my answer. I will never apply for a job at RBC again.
I was one of the earlier candidates to be interviewed, and at that time the process wasn’t very well organized. It took quite a while just to find the interviewer when I arrived, and the interview itself was conducted by two interviewers.

Standard interview process, responsive hr team. overall good experience. Each stage was clearly communicated in advance, and the interviewers were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in my experience. The questions were fair and relevant, and the conversation flowed naturally.
