I was referred by an agency. I was first interviewed by the agency then attended the interview with the bank. The interview process was seamless and I felt comfortable. The hiring manager was great and it was an engaging conversation.
The RBC interview was a good experience, but I realized the role had a stronger sales focus than I expected. I think I would be a better fit for operations, administration, or compliance roles because those areas match my strengths and previous experience.
