I applied in early January 2022 got an interview offer in the next week after I applied. It was a 30 minute conversation via webex. The interviewers were so nice and they told me that they wanted to make this interview something that you shouldn't be nervous. Two days later, I received an offer

They asked me about my resume basically. Just going over my projects and asking what I am currently doing at my university.
Also, why are you interested in RBC?
It was an easy interview. The interviewer asked pretty standard questions such as "why RBC?" and "tell me a bit about yourself", and I was offered the position after a week.
