RBC Personal Banking Advisor interview questions

There was a three step interview process. The first was on the phone and two in person interviews. With the immediate manager as well as with the branch manager. It was at the branch location

Phone interview first (15-30 min.) Face-to-face interview second (30 min-1hr) Then they call you with a verbal offer, followed by an email with the written offer. I received the offer about 1.5-2 months before the start date.
