I had my interview on Zoom and was asked why I wanted to join RCA and why I wanted to become an EMT. The interviewer was pretty nice to be honest, and an offer was made on the spot from the job portal.
They ask a couple questions then send an offer letter after describing what the job entails. All in all very chill interview and then begins the process of drug testing and submitting paperwork.
