The interview process with RCR was one of the best, the communication throughout the process and how quickly I was moved through the process and given a hiring decision really stood out to me. I was asked to share more about my background and what about the opportunity at RCR aligned with what I was looking for. Some of the questions were more structured but it was also very conversational which I enjoyed. I had a total of 2 interviews, both via video - the owner was very flexible to schedule around my availability. I also felt I was given a fair opportunity to ask questions during and after the interview process. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The interview process with RCR was a quick and easy process! The team was incredibly positive and thoughtful and thorough in their questions. Jen was responsive throughout the entire process, constantly providing updates, and quick to get the next interview setup as we moved through the process. I got the opportunity to interview with 3 other members of the RCR team who all were just as friendly, thoughtful, and thorough in their approach as Jen. Great experience overall!
