In person was asked a series of questions by the managing broker. Most of the questions were straightforward. Such as why I wanted to work in the industry. Most of it talked about my experience and my strengths and weaknesses.

The interview process is quite simple. I am the one asking them questions about the brokerage and how they run things. They were willing to answer any questions I had
