Basic math, grammar, IQ test. Typing test. Then a short interview asking about previous experience, and why I want the job. A test on the computer that involved googling contact info and how to use basic Microsoft word. The final interview was with 6 people asking questions about strengths and weaknesses, hobbies and volunteer experience. They offered me the position and we negotiated a wage.
