In-person formal interview with one of the managers at the head office. Resume handed in through school and a couple general interview questions were asked. Very kind and formal interaction.
Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.
