Screening call with recruiter, video interview with two of the managers then a video interview with director of CS. Personally I have never had to keep reaching out to get the process moving forward with a company before. After the final interview I was given a timeframe for a decision. The director even mentioned they are not into ghosting people and would let me know either way. It's been 3 weeks since my final interview and never heard back from the recruiter on a decision. Emailed them last week and have been ghosted since. Overall not a good experience.
