There were many stages in the interview process, the most unusual being the logic test, which was not difficult. We were then given an accounting problem to answer and prepare a presentation for, which would be presented during the in person interview.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at REAL Software Systems (Boston, MA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very long interview process consisting of approx. 4 stages. First was an initial phone interview around 30 min, very standard. Next was an easy logic test which takes 2-3 hours to complete. Then I was told that since I was a student it might be difficult for me to come onsite, so I had a Skype interview where I was asked a few standard behavioral questions and had to give an accounting presentation (which you have about a week to prepare for). After this I thought I would be done, but then received a call asking to come onsite. Not wanting to continue with the lengthy process for a job I was on the fence about, I decided to decline the invitation.
Everyone there was very nice and it was an easy interview experience, I just wasn't passionate enough about the job/company to want to continue.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from RSS, and then applied online. I had to complete a logic test and also another mini-consultant type project that included presenting my results at my on-site interview. My on-site interview lasted about 3-4 hours, and I talked to maybe 10 people in total, some at the same time. I had a final conversation with the CEO before I left, which was a nice personal touch.
