Absolutely unprofessional HR team. They will give you wrong promises. Zero communication. Most pathetic HR team I have seen. HR will not pick up calls after 3-4 week long correspondence. Please try to look for a job elsewhere and join here unless you absolutely have to.
We are sorry you had a negative interviewing experience, we appreciate your taking the time to describe the elements that affected you. We are making our HR group aware of your comments to ensure that our communication links to potential employees are improved and remain solid.
Thank You,
REI's People Services Team.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at REI Systems (Dulles, VA)
Interview
The interview was poorly planned on behalf of REI systems. Their intake process had me waiting for 20 minutes where the scheduled interviewers were not available and another had already left the office. I didn't get the impression that this company was organized nor respected their potential hires time. During the interview I also didn't appreciate being badgered about questions as if I were on some kind of poorly run game show. Walking into the REI systems building it is obvious based on the Spartan white walls that this is just another poorly organized beltway bandit.

What steps would you take to work with development teams for change management trouble ticketing prioritization.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at REI Systems (Herndon, VA) in Feb 2010
Interview
The initial phone screening was a very bad experience. The way interview was conducted was not professional and they were not ready to listen what I had to say. The questions were very random and after a while I was not sure if they were interviewing to hire for a position or just wanted to test where you break. Even before hearing their feedback, I made up my mind that I will not be accepting this position....afterall it's not only that a company wants talented people to be part of their team but one should enjoy working with the team too
