A standard interview with questions back and forth. I met with 2 friendly interviewers who had extensive experience in the company. Doing background research on the company showed the company were doing amazing things although when asked 'do you know what we do' it seemed that all the research in the world wouldn't have made a difference as each site does something different. At the start of the interview there was an uncomfortable moment when mentioning a video that was on their website and was told I was "on someone else's website" which I quickly assured them it was on their Company Profile page. I feel this set the tone for the rest of the interview sadly. Interview questions were your standard 'what experience do you have in XYZ' with some questions that I thought we'd got rid of in 2015 (what do you like to do in your spare time). The company seem amazing and their culture appears positive. While waiting for my interviewers to collect me I overheard some conversations in the reception area which raised a few red flags around the culture but nothing significant. It's hard to say if I'd apply again as I've heard a lot of positives about RENOLIT and the interviewers were two of the nicest people I've met but I am concerned that there is little to no innovation in terms of the business and how it operates on a people level. What worked 10-20 years ago really isn't going to work in the next 5.
