RES Assistant Construction Coordinator interview questions

Face to face interview was unusual. I was told it would take a minimum of 2 hours. Started with an hour with HR (via telephone) to go over company benefits--followed by an interview with the current Coordinator--finishing with a project manager. It took nearly 2-1/2 hours total and this was the first interview.
