Applied for a position in Feburary and was contacted two weeks later for a phone interview with HR; the representative was very professional and sweet throughout the entire hiring process. She asked about my work experience and detailed me on the position. After that, I was contacted again a week later for an interview with the woman who would be my manager at the Revolve offices in Cerritos! Typical questions about career, goals, experience, personality, etc. It was very personal and pretty much a comfortable conversation.
After that one, I was called in for a final interview and writing test with the both the VP of Marketing and Buying and the woman who was going to be my manager. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly - the process was anxiety-inducing, since there were so many interviews but they were all pleasant experiences. The overall process took about two months, spanning from Feburary to April. I'm so stoked to work with the copywriting team! Woo!
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at REVOLVE in Nov 2018
Interview
The first round was a chat with HR. The second round was an in-person interview with the Senior Copy Manager! She was so down-to-earth and easy going. You can tell she's a great leader and wants the best for her team. I had a third round which meant meeting the VP of buying and merch and then taking a writing test. I was so anxious but everyone I met was sweet and positive.
