Interviews were friendly, questions were useful and to the point. I felt respected and like my agent had my back the whole time. Overall a positive experience and was a good first impression.

Quickly responsive when applying. Typically informal questions on the phone interview with education, work and etc. After the initial interview there was a follow up with a skill assessment. The next interview is a video with technical question and another skill set live.
