Very formal interview process, with suit & tie and several interviewers. The interviewers were formal, serious and pretty judgmental. But, they were pretty upfront about the long hours and punishing corporate culture - this is clearly not your typical European MNC or large Government linked company type of culture. It felt almost authoritarian - "it's our way or the highway".
