I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RGIS (Marion, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The "interview" was not in an office, but just a meet site at a customers location. It was quite brief, almost no questions asked. The Area Manager provided a quick summary of what the job entailed, and provided time for a Q&A session. The interview started late and ended early. The group of about 12 people was given information over the course of an hour. After that, another meeting at that location was scheduled for a week out. Any individual who showed up to the following meeting, was effectively hired. Paperwork was filled out and signed, and the new hires received a couple of hours of training on the spot at the customer location.
Had a formal interview with the regional office . Had to go to their office where there was a group of us filling up the forms and a short briefing of what the job entails.
