Interviews are offered after doing well enough on an online job assessment designed to see how well you can handle common tasks of the job. Results of that assessment aren't shown to you though. The interview itself is more of an orientation and becomes a paperwork session if you decide to accept the job. You might be there with a group of people too, but it's more like they will be your new coworkers instead of interview competitors so break out some conversation to get the ball rolling while waiting for the interview to start. If you're all there, that means you all passed the initial job assessment anyway. During paperwork session don't be afraid to ask other interviewees for help on them. The interviewer or other office staff cannot tell you what to put down for legal reasons. It'll also be a good chance to get acquainted with them as well.
