Interview
After application I was called in to a group interview with 10 other candidates, almost all of whom were hired after ascertaining that they had no physical defects preventing their capability to perform the job.

Do you have any physical disabilities or missing limbs/fingers?
Easy interview, you will do a practice run in some random store. They will show you the gear/tech they use and you have to reach a certain number of items counted.

They want to know how many days are you available.
You would be asked to Solve maths questions within a time limit
Then you would count on an app on their handset. You need to pass some levels. It simulates the real thing.
First onsite training after. you are taken to a store. You count products in a store to help you get started. Shelf by shelf, left to right
Pleasant, friendly interviewer, the interview process was quick and easy to follow. Interview consists of background info check and some basic competency tests, which lasts for around less than an hour taking everything into consideration.
