Hiring process was quite thorough. Tests determining ability to visually analyze counting was given. Previous experience also was considered. However, educational levels did not seem that important.

It’s a video interview . You set it up then make sure to be 15 minutes early for meeting. They ask you standard things , but you pretty much have the job
