Interview
When you apply, you must do it via their website. You have to take a test that can last up to 30 minutes and it involves problem solving, math skills and social interaction situations. Once you've passed the test, you will be scheduled for a personal interview. If you've made it to the interview process, you pretty much have the job. They are always looking for people so there is little chance you will be turned away.

Honestly, there were very few of the "usual" interview questions, it was more of a "get to know you" session. Be yourself. If you're sitting in the interview, you already have the job, they're just going through the motions.
The interview was pretty smooth. They just ask whats you availability and how do you commute and then explain how you will work and you will need to go out of town as well sometimes
