Honestly it was non existent. Got a call & was told to show up for the job in a couple days time, told what to wear and who to report to. Was very easy to understand.

Short phone interview with Human Resource Manager basic and straight forward questions mainly about physical abilities and availability in the following week. Offer was directly given afterwards with talks on first shift.
Basic questions about attention to detail capabilities, working independently, team work and problem solving. Also, had a task to stocktake a shelve of items to test for speed and accuracy.
