Interview
very easy. a few hours long. watched a few videos of the what the job consisted of. in the end of it all asked if you wanted to work there. there were al least for other people there in a room. she talked and demonstrated along with another guy how you would scan items and take count. You then went to target to do little training if scanning items in.
The interview was pretty smooth. They just ask whats you availability and how do you commute and then explain how you will work and you will need to go out of town as well sometimes
