Weird, at best. Applied online and heard back a few days later. Scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter, who asked me one question, "why RH?" and then proceed to tell me to ask me questions about the role. I felt like I was interviewing them. They told me there was a high turnover rate and that's never a good sign. Decided to reject the offer.
