I attended a group interview with four other candidates. Our interviewers included three individuals from HR and a Leader from the call center. There was a two hour Q&A which included introductions, a video about RH featuring the CEO, a review of the Core Values and RH Rules. Afterward, the five of us candidates went into a computer lab to take a literacy test. I stayed an additional hour for another individual interview with two new Leaders. They took turns asking a lot of questions about my résumé and previous work experience.
