I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Palo Alto, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Two interviews with multiple managers of different departments, they were nice and friendly. The general manager was not in store the first time so I interviewed a second time with her. Everyone was relatively casual.
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2020
Interview
Initial interview was a group setting. The questions were very surface level, eluding to it mainly being a screening. I never got communication or follow up about another interview but was just sent a background check info.
