I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Greenwich, CT) in Jun 2021
Interview
Very intense interview process. I did a phone call with a recruiter, 3 rounds where I met with HR, my potential supervisor, then her boss. Plus a bonus round where I met with a designer to show me her process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I was told at the beginning that the interview process was extensive, approx 5 interviews should be expected. A bit excessive. The interviews could be streamlined. By my 3rd interview I was told things were looking promising, however I did not hear back after my 4th interview despite being told I should expect follow up in a couple days. I waited approx a week and sent an email to enquirer about my status. I had to wait 3 weeks for a form rejection. It's really disrespectful to the candidate. Remember we are your customer also, at least I was.

4 interviews with four different associates after all this time they said I don't have enough experience, which obviously wasn't true since they saw my resume in the first place
