While I had a wonderful recruiter, who kept my informed of what was going on, there was little honest communication between my recruiter and the corporate office team. I was well-liked by my recruiter, and she recommended me for various positions. While we had discussed compensation, I was brought in for a position that was not paying anywhere near my desired pay, but I was given the impression that maybe that could be rearranged. Nope. For another position, I got along well with everyone I interviewed, and I was told they looked forward to moving forward with me. Two weeks later, they decided to move on with someone else. They decided look internally. The third position, they brought me in last minute after having four 45-min phone interviews, but the lady decided to drop all candidates and look elsewhere. Just seems not to be a thought out process, and they’re very inconsiderate of time. I ended up taking nearly sixteen hours of work off for all these varying interviews and somewhat led on to end up with no offer.
