A lot of design work needed to be done in the interview process, which is very difficult for a full time employee of another firm. There was a phone interview, in person interview, and a panel interview. In addition there were two conceptual design projects that needed to be done...including a rendering, auto cad drawings, and furniture and art selection. It was too much.
