Interview
Quick phone interview and then one-on-one. One-on-one was very casual conversation - lasted about an hour. Interviewer made me feel at ease. Reviewed portfolio and was told by end of meeting that they had one other candidate. Took almost a month to hear back for second interview with group of interviewers. Job offered the following day.
Had three interviews - two with the store manager and one with the regional manager. Overall casual feel, but certainly making sure that the person can handle the job when they interview and don't sugar coat.

The process was relatively easy. Something felt very off though. I don’t think they were actually hiring for the posted position. Also their beliefs are very strange. One of the beliefs they made me read during the interview is about if you work at RH, your job is your life.
