The company contacted me within 48 hours after submitting my application although the interview was scheduling the following week. It began as a group interview which most people during the interview have not done before. A slight level of awkwardness and competition yet the interviewer was kind and engaging. If you pass the first interview, you go to a one on one interview where they ask more about you. Be aware of their values and how you would make a great fit with them and their team members.
