How do i lead my people well - and for an example of where i didn't do it
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RH (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2021
Interview
FIVE interviews and constant contact and very positive feedback over a 2 month period. Then completely ghosted. Incredibly unprofessional experience and waste of my time. One would think that after multiple conversations with the hiring manager, who seemed lovely, I would have merited an email at the very least

Each interviewer had a different style, all were actually very nice. They like to discuss the companies values at length, but they clearly don’t practice them.
Applied online, received a call from store manager, went in to meet and had good interview, went into another interview with asst. manager, and then was asked to come back and meet regional manager. There are a lot of phone tags because you can tell the store was busy and they were short handed. I ended up having to follow up with them instead of them following up with me. But because of that, I got the job.
