I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RH
Interview
The interview was more focused on how much you know about the company vs how much they should know about you. Started with a Zoom group interview followed by a group 'project' followed by TWO one on one interviews with studio leads. Huge overkill for a retail position. Be careful, they offer part time positions but want full time availability. Theres a week of full day training to get to know the culture of the company..
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2025
Interview
Group Interview over zoom for efficiency. There were 2 other candidates for the position in the interview and it seemed awkward taking turns trying to outsmart the person before you.
