I received a call from local Houston hiring coordinator about coming in for an interview. After interviewing with HR, I was asked to come in for a second nervier with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was late to our meeting and seemed very unorganized. He said he would call later in the week to schedule a follow up interview with his colleagues. When I didn’t hear back, I sent a follow up email to check the hiring status. Mind you, during this process I was declining other offers in hopes of getting this job. What a huge disappointment. I was ghosted by the hiring manager and he never returned my telephone calls or emails. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. He could of had the decency to return the telephone call or email saying he wasn’t interested. Complete waste of time. It completely changed my overall impression of this company.
