I went through 5 interviews with RH, where I got to meet a lot of people in different positions. The first screening was via phone, then 3 in-person interviews, then a final one on the phone again. I met with so many kind people who seemed like they really enjoyed what they were doing. They were very welcoming and I felt like I clicked with each staff member. The interview process took a total of 1.5 months and they ultimately went with another candidate. I respect their hiring process, but I was feeling a little burnt out by the end. During one of my interviews, I was being put on the hot seat and I felt embarrassed about my resume even though I consider myself an accomplished person.
