Interview
There were multiple interviews--group, manager (leader), store manager, etc. The company was interested in finding the "right people" for their store, and weren't necessarily looking to hire at the time I applied. But since I fit their general profile of people they were looking for, I was hired. The interview process took a total of just over 8 weeks--quite a while to wait in the retail industry. It definitely helps if you have previous luxury experience and/or design experience.
Friendly staff, accommodating, the interview was casual and I enjoyed the environment. The atmosphere is nice. They asked broad and specific questions and they pay attention to attitude and personality. Try to look at your best
It was an easy process. It took a long time to hear from me them and did not know what to think for a while. So moved on with my search in the mean time

Interview
Round 1 with HR was general screening, a long casual chat where they ask you if you have any questions for them and then they get to now you.
Round 2 with Department head, went well. Sweet lady. Good chat. explained how things work there. Asked in detail about previous work experience. Said will move me to the next round with manager and that its very important to know about values at RH.
But ghosted after that. No response to multiple follow up emails
