They definitely expressed a lot less flexibility in the role than what was originally communicated. It felt like a psychological assessment would’ve been more effective to see if I fit into their culture.

Intro on zoom followed by in person in the store with store manager and assistant manager. Interview took place on the showroom floor. Took about 30 minutes. They promised a call/email the following week to advise next steps but they ghosted. Never heard from them again.
