I was shortlisted and the entire process took 1.5 months, filled where initially you'll have a tough Data challenge for which you will be given 48 hours to complete, but actually, it could take 4-5 days for a good presentation including coding. Post this, appeared for a panel interview with 6 team members, which went pretty well. But the worst part comes now during the final CTO round, where I was not informed by HR that there would a technical coding round, although in the actual interview they did conduct. If a candidate makes it through to the final round, the general anticipation would be that it would be a behavioral one, but on the contrary, I was again assessed on my technical skillset in a live coding round. However, when my coding skills couldn't meet their expectations, I was humiliated beyond the point of acceptance. By all means, the interviewer can highlight candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and the standards they maintain, however, nobody gives them the right to mock the candidates who have high hopes!
