I applied online. I was contacted by someone in the company for a phone screen. That went well and I was scheduled for a second round. This also went well. I was moved on to speak with the data team, while in the process of scheduling a meeting with the data team, I received an email about they deciding to move forward with some other candidate. I was confused! I thought I was going to the next round but as it stands, you can never understand how these things work.
