I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) (Rochester, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
There was no huge process. It was just talking about my goals from the given project and discussion of my experiences with working on similar things. Once the professor heard out my ideas and my personal goals from the project, he was very impressed and helped me understand his project more. After that, I worked as a volunteer for a little bit and looking at my commitment, I started getting paid.
