The questions are not hard, as the job itself doesn't require any huge qualifications but to have done well in the class you wanna be a leader for. You won't be tested on your knowledge, but in your leadership and willingness to work with others. You usually just meet one on one with the supervisor and discuss why you want this position and why you feel you can grow out of this work experience.
