initially completed a phone screening to discuss my background and interest in the position. Following that, I participated in a group meeting with the RIT staff, during which each member introduced themselves and asked me a variety of questions about my skills, experiences, and qualifications for the role.

They asked me to describe my previous experience and any qualifications I have related to inspecting fire extinguishers. I explained the training I’ve received, the procedures I follow during inspections, and my understanding of safety compliance requirements to ensure that fire extinguishers are functional, properly maintained, and meet applicable regulations.
