I went through the RLDatix interview process and found it pretty disappointing. Communication was slow and patchy, and the whole thing felt disorganized from the start. The feedback I eventually received didn’t match the conversations I’d had. It came across as personal, subjective, and not especially professional and frankly insulting. A couple of interviewers also seemed unprepared, which didn’t help.
Overall, the process felt unclear, overly drawn out, and not particularly respectful of a candidate’s time. Based on my experience, I’d be cautious if you’re expecting a fair or well-run hiring process.
